RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 weeks agoA. You can continue giving paracetamol to the child of the fever doesn’t subside maximum by the time of maximum three days then in that case it would be good for you to consult your doctor and they will give you better advice as it is not a normal fever
