Bonnisan you can give five drops Sudha child one Time it seems like your child is crying due to stomach pain because there is no concept of having hand pain in this age so please do not worry about it this medicine is going to be good to be given to the child as it’s one of the most basic and common medicines to be offered during the stomach pain
