Samidha MathurMom of 2 children4 years ago
A. once the baby cross the age of 1 year the weight growth becomes stagnant and height growth becomes more prominent. and this process continues until the age of 3 years. while during these years a child feel more active and playful throughout the day give less priority to his food and only prefers to eat junk all the time.please understand that this is absolutely a normal stage of a child so there is nothing much to worry about. but in order to keep your child active and playful throughout the day it is really important that you keep on serving some basic carbohydrate rich food for example rice Dal potatoes cheese eggs if you are a non vegetarian. vegetable soups. pasta loaded with vegetable and cheese. all these carbohydrate rich diet food will help him to gain some good weight as well as will keep him active and playful throughout the day.
