RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl4 weeks agoA. If you’re not using diapers the rashes are still coming then it could probably be that your child is staying in the wet nappy for a longer time that is why this is happening regularly you should apply Boroline anti septic cream which would be very helpful in reducing the problem
