Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. simple fever , cough and cold as well as simple discomfort of the child for a few days is not a contraindication for vaccination and it is advisable to go for vaccination at the earliest.
the maximum you can delay would bez around 2-3 weeks but after that it is advisable not to delay the vaccination
if still in confusion you can meet your doctor who will examine the childz and tell you whether vaccination delay is preferable or you can go for vaccination
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Only during the time of fever it is not advisable to get the vaccination done but in normal cold and cough you can get it done there is no problem with that so you can go ahead with the vaccination no issues with it
