Q.

#asktheexperts Baby has just started solids 3 days back, but he insisted for more than 4 tablespoons. Shall I give him? Because I observed after doing so he spit milk more throughout the day.

A. 4 tablespoon is not much of a quantity generally recommended to give at least 15 to 20 teaspoons in one go because that is the minimum that should be eaten by a child could be more than that depending upon the appetite it’s not an issue and if you’re facing any problem you may check with your doctor once
