My son didn't't poop properly for 4 days can I give 2 tablespoons of castor oil.please advice

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician10 months agoA. Two tablespoons is too much quantity instead add little desi ghee like half teaspoon in warm milk and give it at bed time to the child and in morning you will see results and include more fibre in diet and keep him physically active
