Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Till then mother's milk takes care of water and all other nutritional requirements of baby's body. So once the baby completes 6 months, you can offer solids or semi solids and also give sips of water in between meals.
