Q.

#asktheexperts at my 7th month I was diagnosed with thyroid and was asked to use tyrocare 50mg tablet. in 8th month when I rechecked my thyroid readings it was normal still as per my doctor but she advised me to continue the 50mg medicine. after delivery (c-section) I have checked my readings and reports came as normal. please suggest me weather, I should continue the thyroid medicine or not.

A. you have to carry on medicine. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
