#asktheexperts As our kid is now 1yr 10 month old. just i want to know how much he needs to be consume? is there anyyhing we can mix with water so that he will easily love to drink. please suggest us๐

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 months agoA. yes you may feed him 12 oz wayer per day and their is no need to add anything in water. give him filter or ro water to avoid any water born disease.
