Q.

#asktheexperts Aryav is 4 months old. During the day, he demands feed every 2-3 hours. But at night he does not ask himself, so at what interval should I wake him up and feed him?

A. Dear mum, there is no need for you to wake up your baby in the night for feeding. You should feed as per your baby’s demand. If baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.

A. See the child is sleeping for 5 to 6 hours also at a stretch you do not have to feed the child you only have to feed the child when your child wakes up and demands for a feed as that is the right way to feed the child because that’s very good and important for healthy growth of the child
