ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 week agoA. Have a sterilizer at home and the teethers and the bottles can be sterilized in that. That will maintain the hygiene to a certain extent atleast. Food chart is in the parenting page of first cry
