#asktheexperts am suffering from constant back pain for the past 3 months after delivery tats 7 months before.

A. then do x ray. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Walk, Walk, Walk – Though moving around with a back pain might be the last thing you might have on mind. But trust us, walking is the safest exercise. You can start immediately after a normal delivery or even after a C-section. You can also opt for yoga to strengthen your strained muscles.
