#asktheexperts always my attention is on my kid even when I sleep .frequently I wake up and see weather he is sleeping comfortably or not .how can I sleep with relaxation.

Hello ma’am You just need to mentally relax because I think you’re just been so active all the time that you are you know mind is into your child which is very common with new mother so I can completely understand that but you have to relax your mind you have to do meditation or anything also so do it just come down your child is completely safe till the time the child is with you
