You can use tummy belt and try doing some stretching exercises.it will be there for a couple of years.

Did You have a normal delivery or C-section that you have not mention and did you have an epidural in the delivery that also you have not mentioned because a lot of times due to epidural also these problems can happen I will advise you to go ahead with Keagle exercises as of now and also joined Sam yoga expert who can help you in relieving this backpain with the help of proper yoga exercises
