#asktheexperts After my second delivery I am having slight pain in my some joints and this pain started after 2 years of delivery. I have taken calcium supplements after delivery only for few days as prescribed by gynaecologist. Please suggest if I can take calcium supplements now without blood test?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 day agoA. Calcium supplement can be taken if you feel you are low and calcium what you feel we feel weakness and weakness in the bone so you can take it there’s no issue but not for a very long time and continue with the medicine recommended by your doctor
