Q.

#asktheexperts after LECS , when to do physical work as normal as pre pregnancy era? Frequent stairs are okay after a month as I m living in 2 storey house. Squat position for household work ?

A. No squatting and not doing any activity that will put extra pressure on your abdomen until six months. It is not even advisable to regularly go up and down the stairs. you have to be extra careful until six months.After eight weeks of surgery you can do household chores but no bending or lifting anything which is more than five KG’sWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hi mom. It is necessary to take one month rest. After that u can start with the little households chores.. Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Yes u can take stairs but do not exert urself. Eat healthy and nutritious diet to recover from weakness after delivery
