#asktheexperts 1 yr old boy daily sleeps at around 8:30-9:30 at night. he slept at same time today but got up at 10,30 and wasn't sleeping back his discomfort was confirmed after he vomited out almost everything he had in his stomach. he's asleep now. what precautions should I take? he wakes up at night for milk but I think I should avoid milk products. pls guide
