Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby, well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.

No mam it is not alright because the weight is only decreasing it is not increasing if the 3.2 that you have stated was at the time when the child was discharge it was still justified by now your child should be at least 400 g more than the birthweight or the discharge weight
