#asktheexperts 1. can we give fruits directly (without cook) to 11 months old baby ? 2. how much water a 11 month old baby need to drink in a day? is it required to give water to 11 months old baby or mother's milk is enough?

banana sapota papaya...
give small bites to baby as to develop chewing habit..
it is important to keep baby well hydrated give water at regular intervals on demand and after meals
around 100ml..
