#AskTheExpertmy son is very choosy in foods... doesn't eat full meal in any time of day. how to compensate hid daily intake of balànced diet??

A. Kids are picky eaters and it becomes difficult sometimes to feed them proper diet. In order to give full nutrition, try to include variety by mixing different foods together, like make mixed vegetable soup with potatoes, green leafy vegetables, beans, peas, broccoli, beetroot, sweet potato, pumpkin, etc., milkshakes with dry fruits, fresh juices, vegetable khichdi, veg cutlet, eggs in different forms, chicken or fish curry with rice, besan and beetroot cheela, veg sandwich and others. Keep him well hydrated all through the day by including liquid foods and water. Avoid fried and packaged foods.
