normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth ass well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discsharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in casse on eye infection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation
