Q.

#AskTheExpert xan u pls tell me the options which my girl can eat, she is turning one next Friday nd wants to eat our food .. if i give her a piece of roti or pudi paratha so she eats only that piece nd after that doesnt want to eat more of that thing or anything.. nd she has gas problem nd starts vomiting due to gas.. she is very irritable now a days she doesn't sant to eat upma, any halwa, dosa idli, khichdi daliya what to do pls help

A. Give easy to digest food, Warm soups which you preffer, boiled vegetables like carrot, beans, pumpkin. Fruits like banana, apple, pomogranate juice, sweet lime juice, avcado, pear. Give oats, roti, daliya, Daal-khichdi adding some ghee.
