#AskTheExpert wt to do wen the child gets constipation? kindly help wit this issue.

please do the following things:
keep your child hydrated.
keep an eye on your child diet.
and Remove the food which causes it.
offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child.
give Massage to your child daily.
give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands.
move your child's legs in cycling motion.
maintain good hygiene.
