A. if your baby is above 6 momth you can start doing exercises like aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam. have plenty of water, n take healthy diet.

A. Hello Any time you want to go ahead with reducing down your weight it is just going to be workout and diet when both the things are done together properly you will see that the weight of the body is going to reduce down proportionately
