A. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help y ou to lose weight naturally. Exercise atleast 30 mins daily. Avod fried foods, refined sugar, carbs etc. Always choose friendly proteins. Drink plenty of water too.
