ExpertArchanaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hi Dad, if your baby is active, happy and reaching her milestones, then nothing to worry.
as baby's weight growth depend mostly on birth weight, hence we can expect baby to gain about 500 gm to 1 kg in a month, double at 6 months and triple at 1 year compared to birth weight. small deviation is absolutely fine.
along with mother's milk, you can include porridge, soft cooked and smashed khichdi, smashed roti or paratha in dal or less spicy curry, smashed banana, boiled and smashed potato, sprouts and pulses, milk shakes, nuts paste, fruits puree, pancake, veg upma, or poha, etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
feed on regular intervals, maintain good hygiene, avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
