AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi mom Can be due to change in weather. Give paracetamol if the fever is 99.5F or above. Give maxtra syrup for cold and cough. Also apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks babyrub on the chest and feet sole to get relief from cough and cold
