ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. For 1st 3 days after delivery the milk secretion is very low and it gets increased as you continue feeding your baby
so give proper feeding by both the breasts every 2 hourly and have shatavari kalpa with milk 3 times in A-day

A lot of women cannot reduce sufficient breastfeeding some women don’t even have a drop like you are saying but that is completely natural so in this case it’s always advisable to go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child because it is not because of you it is just the nature of the body not to produce
