Neha singhGuardian of a 4 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. u should have moong dal (green seed coat) and nutrella (soya chunk ) in ur deit once or twice a day ...and u can hv tea also othervise moong dal is must ..try it once hope so u wall get result

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. It's absolutely OK to pump your breast milk and give it to your baby in a bottle. Pumping is a great way to provide your child with your breast milk without putting them to the breast.
