Apply Any gel or cream if you have any even oil or ghee would work for you so apply that and cover it for a while and occasionally If you keep repeating it over and over 5 to 7 times in a day then probably you will definitely see faster results the breast will start healing and if you need for the time being you can also start using nipple shield
