#AskTheExpert I am feeding my 20 days old baby but I have pain around nipple most of the time. I fill pain even if I touch my nipple. How can I reduce that pain?

A. Hi mom Apply nipple sore gel Apply hot water compress there Wash hands often before touching your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Maintain hydration Try to keep head up position while feeding
