#asktheexpert Why does a 9 month old wake intermittently during night sleep as if she has seen a bad dream?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 9 months old and if she is waking up at every 2/3 hours then it’s very normal for her age to get feeding so manage accordingly

A. that is totally possible and many times it can be due to environmental disturbance like temperature variations or discomfort due to the mattress also may be present sleeping is different in different babies and it the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern but it will always improve with increasing age of the child and you have to just take care of any environmental factor which might be disturbing the sleep
