ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. Usually bleeding gums indicates B complex deficiency but if you’re pregnant, then because of increased blood flow throughout the body, bleeding gums can happen during pregnancy and also post partum.
