ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi kids usually suffer from low grade rise in body temperature.. this is due to the irritation resulting from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello while teethin baby will have pain and teethin irritations and this causes fever and is normal and any concern then it si better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
