I suggest you please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet
please once consult with your gynecologist and follow their instructions
please include green leaf veggies and fruits in your diet
please include natural probiotics in your daily diet
please avoid maida items and oily and spicy food
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
