Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is advisable to go for tetravalent vaccine because it gives more immunity compared to trivalent vaccine
flu vaccine also known as influenza vaccine is very important for decreasing the chances of viral infection by at least 60% in your child.
the first dosage is given at the end of 6 months and the second dosage at the end of 7 months and then every year till completion of 5 years of age.
previously it was an optional vaccine but now it is considered as an important vaccine for children.
