#AskTheExpert which toothpaste should be used for one year old, if at all? she has 8 teeth in the front. how many times brushing is suggested? is brushing after eating sweets like chocolate, recommend?

A. Hi you can use any kids brand fluoride free toothpaste like colgate natural, colgate kids in rice grain size amount along with small head soft bristles toothbrush twice daily.. avoid frequent intake of sticky sweetened food products
