Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hair fall is most of the time multifactorial. it is very commonly seen during the postpartum period usually in the lactation time. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. you can take protein powder and multivitamin supplements for same. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors cou sld be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .so can get a test done to rule out. A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Hi I am not sure as to for whom is this question but you can go ahead with making a coconut onion or that’s feasible for every age group I believe you can easily find a recipe online you can make that that is supposed to be good because onion has very good properties to control hair fall as well generate new hair growth
