#asktheexpert which milk to start after 1 year other than breastmilk ??? my baby is on exclusive breastfeeding till now ? dilution necessary? how to give? glass? bottle?

A. hi ji yes after one year age ,external milk like cow milk can be introduced in child's diet but yes ,initally ,as its new food item for your child , you need to dilute it with water so child can take and digest it easily. keep the ratio of milk and water half half.
