#AskTheExpert After completing 6months of exclusive breastfeeding still my daughter is on breast feed including very small meal has started. should i started to give her top milk now??? or only breastmilk sufficient

Yes the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk so if you want then you can start giving formula milk to your baby. Even formula milk contains all the nutrition is baby need in regular diet plan. Baby should also take at least four meals in a day so you have to maintain a diet plan according to that
