Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Atogla Cream is good but it would completely depend on the kind of rashes were talking about most of the times these creams really helps a lot in dealing with lot of rashes on the skin but sometimes a specific kind of rashes for the treatment is also different
