It is important to give all type of food and cover all type of pulses veggies and fruits including dry fruits nuts. So make a time table, so it will be easy to follow it and you can cover different type of veggies, leafy veggies, fruits, pulses in the diet. By doing this way you will follow a proper food timing and you can cover all type of protein food and the kids will be healthy.
For skin, kids need to be hydrated so give adequate liquid like buttermilk, water, soups, juice anything which is home-made. Try to avoid outside food and snacks.
