NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby compltes 6 months and you cannot be giving your child water or anything till the baby compltes 6 months and the bm or the infant formula milk will contain the required water content and additional water will absorb the nutrients
