no need to awaken from sleep
if passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient

It’s okay let your child sleep comfortably if the child is sleeping comfortably don’t have to push your child to take a feet 4 feet is never considered good even if the child is of this age just feed your child as per the need and requirement when your child wakes up
