-Water has no calories but fills your baby nevertheless. This will make him less interested in drinking milk. It could also result in weight loss and increased bilirubin levels.
Giving your baby water before 6 month of age, may mean they drink less breastmilk or formula.

Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. good morning only mother's milk is to be given up to the age of 6 months after that you have to introduce semi solid food as well as water to the child I would not recommend you to give anything before that
