Hello mom you can start with weaning foods now for the baby , you can initially start with Liquid consistency foods such as dal or rice water or fresh fruit juices or vegetable soups and then gradually move to semi solids like ragi or multigrain porridge or kichidi or rice and thin dal , curds, steamed vegetables or fruit pulps.
