#AskTheExpert when I prepare chatua and oat porridge I mix with jaggery powder is it ok ? jaggery causes any harm to my baby

A. Yes its fine and no jaggery will never harm the baby as jaggery is rich source of iron and also helpsin improving digestion so you can use jaggery without any doubt

A. it is very good for the health of the child and it will not cause any type of problem and you can mix jaggery with many food products for improving the taste as well as for the nutrition purpose

A. Hi dear good afternoon ya it's good to add jaggery. Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children and babies. They get adequate sugar in the milk they have additionally isn't required. Instead try to replace sugar with natural sweeteners that is always best.
