#asktheexpert when I feed the baby, in my breast full heavy soreness plz advice what can I do

A. It happens when you have enough amount of milk or gases to do hot compress regularly that is going to be quite benefiting and reducing down the problem that you are facing as most of the women who have heavy feeding heavy lactation can face this kind of a problem
