#asktheexpert when can I start non- veg protein related foods like chicken.... to my baby?? is it too early for my baby??

If you want, you can start giving them even now, but you have to make it into a very soft consistency so that Baby can eat it and introduce very little in quantity to check for any allergies and if the baby is having no issues then can continue
